Egg Beater omlette with Pre Cooked Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Crumbles and 2% Milk low fat shredded cheddar cheese....1/4 c of the Egg Beaters is the same as one egg so I use 3/4 cup and make a huge omlette....sometimes I throw in some salsa for some veggies or green bell pepper. For my grains I eat a piece fat free whole wheat toast or use 1/2 cup of the Egg Beaters and scramble them with the sausage and cheese and put it into a whole wheat burriot shell and add some salsa and make a breakfast burrito. Very yummy.

Breakfast was greek yogurt, a banana and fresh blueberries. Lunch was a serving of Chicken, some brussel sprouts Lovestruck and a cup of beets. Dinner will be 2 servings of dry cooked fish, sweet potato fries, and a veggie to be named later... Yummm. Grin

I do the same thing for breakfast, Mon-Fri (lame I know) 1 cup of raw oats steamed in Almond Milk, a banana & a half cup of Bear Naked, Fruit & Nut 100% natural granola. The funny thing is that when I add everything up for breakfast, it’s just over 800 calories!

Weekends, typically a hybrid omelet; ¾ cup of egg beaters & ¾ cup of egg whites, with chopped turkey, cheese, half a green pepper, half a tomato, 10 mushrooms & topped with salsa. Every now & then I’ll eat my wife’s pancakes as she makes some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had.

Great, now I’m hungry.

I've really gotten into Bob's Red Mill 5 Grain hot cereal lately! (trying to make the switch from quaker packets). It's a ton for just 120 calories a serving- I cook it either with banana slices or diced apple with TONS of cinnamon and a little splenda. All of it together fills up a big bowl and keeps me super full!

Made it with apple this morning! Delicious!

Bobs Red Mill makes a whole wheat buttermilk pancake mix that is decent...low in fat and sugars I add in natural applesauce instead of the oil and add in cinnamon and Splenda. Top it with I Can't Believe Its Not Butter spray and sugar free maple syrup. If you make it according to directions they are very BLAND and taste like cardboard.....The applesauce, cinnamon and Splenda didn wonders. I put my recipe on here under this Nutrition catagory.

I have two "fried" eggs cooked on a non stick skillet so there is no frying. I throw in a bagel or an english muffin with the olive oil spread. Sometimes I saute spinach or onions to go with it. I know it sounds like cooking, but it is fast and easy to clean up. I eat this almost every morning. Boring, to eat the same thing, I know, but I like it. If I am really strapped for time, I eat Kashi Crunch cereal.

I had two pieces of white toast with butter and a cup of coffee...
but the real shock was the rest of my meals today.

Hopefully I'll make better decisions about that tomorrow!

A soft boiled egg, a few almonds and a coffee with 1/4 cup of heavy cream. Tomorrow I'll have oatmeal with blueberries to start my carb load.
