My apologies to all for the lack of updates!
I wanted to let all of you know that I am now very close to having 45 lbs lost since December 9th! I weighed in this morning at 252.2 lbs. The whole change in lifestyle has been significant for me. I am enjoying life and it's activities much more than a few months ago!
It is all worth it if you stick to it! It is a lot of work and a lot of sweat, but it can be done!
Great Job and Great Attitude! Keep it up! It does feel great. It is amazing how many people notice. The praise feels great.
I have hit a plateau. Down to 215. Should be making greater gains.
Well all, I am pretty excited! We have a car rally to go to this weekend and now the scales are sitting at 249.8 lbs. I was (well, still am) shooting to see the scale hit 246.4 by then to see an even 50 lbs lost. If I don't hit it this weekend....well I sure am close so that is ok.
It is funny how people that never used to carry on a conversation much past "good morning" are now coming up and asking me what my secret is/was. Kind of nice actually. I also spent a couple sessions in the tanning bed, which also makes a big difference in how I feel.
More hard work to go, but it will be well worth it!
Keep it up. I finally got off my plateau. I am 3 lbs away from the 100 lb mark.
Wow way to go at reaching 50 lbs lost (well almost!). Keep up the good work!
Not quite been 2 months since my last update, and I apologize. Life has got pretty busy. Thus, I have been pretty lazy with the gym and logging my diet.
All is not lost however. I am currently at 239 lbs....this is a loss of 57.4 lbs still. I am happily down to a size 38 jean, and I am wearing the first size large shirts that I have wore in 6 years!
I really need to get re-motivated. I feel the urge to hit the gym hard again....shooting for 225lbs now!
I don't know if y'all remember my last before and after picture in Feb. but here it is compared to a couple days ago:
Congratulations!!!! You are looking Great!!!
Look at your before and after that should be motivation to keep going..
Thank you Alesiae!
Still working on it, and still shooting for 225. I weighed in this morning at 235! I am not hitting the gym as much as I would like to, it seems the warm weather has brought out other activities to keep me active though.
Pushing to drop the next 10 lbs!
you look great wtg man, I doing the same thing as you I lost 30 lbs in 6 weeks.
I read your post earlier Dusty! Sounds like you are right on track! Keep it up!
Congratulations Eric!! You don't just look great, but you look at peace. You have found your stride!
232 as of this morning! Wow! I am so excited to see it hit in the 220's!!! Soon!
Good work Eric! I hope you have a great Father's Day!
Thank you Susan! I appreciate it!
