Im the type of person who gets bored with the gym sometimes, so i found the Flirty Girl Fitness movies on a torrent website. But i still wanna go to the gym cause i dont know that the flirty girl thing will burn fat like i want. So any suggestions on what supplemental excercises i should do at the gym? im still doing the treadmill. Im needing to lose about 50 lbs to get to my healthy weight.
anything you do to get your heart rate up will help. besides the bike treadmill and elliptical I like circurt training. The wife and i started a circurt program about 3 weeks ago her first. basically work up body on day and lower on another. Anyway Find 4 are 5 machines that work similar muscular groups. Do a set of 10 are 15 on the first one and move immediately to the next and next no rest till you have don all the machines in your circuit. do that 3 are 4 times for your work out. this will burn fat while doing by getting your heart rate up, plus as you build muscle it will burn more cal ors through the day.
Are there any cardio classes offered at your gym: zumba, step, floor? Cardio classes are nonstop movement, time flies, and you are drenched by the end.
Consider hiring a personal trainer if at all possible. Good luck!
you can find good workout plans on the internet. You should be doing a combo of resistance and cardio. Good luck:)

I get my BEST cardio workout on the Jacobs Ladder! I also think working with a trainer gets you results.
