Hey all. I just became a member at my local Anytime Fitness today, and they told me about this website. I clicked on the member's website link to create my account and I've entered my keyfob, but right now it says not configured and I can't access a good portion of things I'm clicking on. Is it because I'm new new, like today new? Just curious. Can't wait to get started!

I would give it a day or so and see what happens. Some of the stuff I tried to go to would not work at first then all of a sudden a few days later it all worked. The site is a little hard to understand for me also but slowly I am getting it. Good luck, Bill in Texas.......

Hello ChanceTheChase,

Love the username! I just wanted to let you know that your account is setup properly and you will now have full access to the site, including the Activity and Diet Trackers. On your My Account page -- you will still see 'Pending' as your account status, but that will become 'Active' when your keyfob is fully activiated in the system (which can take up to 30 days).

Enjoy the site!

Hello Ryan,

We would love to help. Because we have a number of Ryan Bell's in the system, we need a bit more information. Please send your keyfob number (the middle six characters printed on the fob), your email address, or Anytime Health username via email to support@anytimehealth.com.

Thanks!
Michelle
