So I just joined the gym today, and I was curious. Does any one have any workout routines that they think have been very effective ? I need something to boost myself. I have already been motivated enough to join, now I just need to feel motivated to go. Any tips ?

Congrats on your new Anytime Fitness membership!

What are your health and fitness goals? This will determine your workout regimen.

Have you taken advantage of a fitness equipment orientation with the fitness staff at your home club? This would be something that I would highly recommend so that you learn how to use the equipment safely and effectively from the start.

I would also recommend that you familiarize yourself with all of the great tools on this website. They will help you reach your goals. If you need help with the website features try watching the videos which will show you the ins and outs of how to use the different programs on this website. They will say something like "watch a tour" on the top right hand side of the screen- click on it and a short informative video will play for you.
