weightloss and muscle building (can you do both at once)

A buddy of mine switches from weights to cardio,on a continuous basis during his workout.It seems to be effective for him.He is very muscular and has dropped a tremendous amount of body fat.

combining both is actually the best bet for weight loss! You can run and do some kind of weight training all in the same day and you can also choose a day to just do cardio or just do weight training.
