Cristy and Cristy thanks for the support and the jump start i need, thanks for remembering me i can do it all by my self, support helps alot.
let me tell you this, low calories like this is hard. sucks but i need this to happen nowwwwww.
Juliana.... thanks for support
So, what's your first goal Dusty?
@ Juliana Harris
my first goal would be .to break out of the 400lbs get into the 300lbs range.
1125 calories.feeling great but its just the start.
I don't think you are eating enough Dusty unless you mean that 1125 is what you burned. Not eating enough will slow your metabolism and your body will store fat instead of burning it.
Definitely not enough food. I'm over 300 lbs and the activity tracker has be gauged at over 2600 calories a day. Can't starve Dusty!
So, it's like this; severely cut the calories, lose weight, then it all stops and you give up. It stops because you need to eat. The signals in your body when you cut your calories so much is it thinks, "oh snap! where's the food? I had better take everything and hide it away because I think I'm gonna starve." I suggest you go to the goal setting tab and figure out what your calorie intake should be. You will be, I believe, more successful this way for the long haul. I know what a long haul is. I'm into my 5th month. I've lost 55#s as of today and have about 100# to go. I figure I'll get to my destination at Healthymeland in about another 12-18 months.
thanks for support i know i should get more just the start.
i will do better next coming week.
today i did 2 hours work out at gym.
