Hello Everyone! Welcome to the challenge, CAndrews! ^^
This week's weigh in is back to the good news again, I lost the weight I gained last week and am back to 187.5. So, a total of 22.5 lost since beginning the challenge; and I'm hoping I can make it 25 for my homecoming next week. ^
^ Good luck for your weigh-ins everyone!Grin

That's terrific Carrie! Good luck for next week!!!Grin and Welcome to the challenge CAnddrewsHappy

Good Morning Minus Fifteenerers....So, this week I faced and conquered one of my bigger fears. I mentioned earlier I had to travel for work which took me out of my comfort zone and away from my routine. I did it! I used the gym at the hotel and made smart food choices. Cool

The scale advises that my weight today is 241# Nice recovery from last week's 1 pound gain I took that back and one extra.Applause

My metrics are below:

Loss since first weigh-in on this forum at 266. - #25
Loss since joining AF at 285. - #44
Loss since beginning 295. - #54

Good luck everybody! I hope yours has been a wonderful, successful week!!

Good Morning Minus Fifteeners, I know, I know, it's not Friday, but I worked out with my trainer this morning and he asked about my weight. I promised to weigh when I got home and text him with the results. I was so glad I didn't have to report a gain or the same; I was able to report another pound lost! Surprise I'm presently 240# Applause Yay me!

I can't remember if I told you, but I FINALLY weigh less than my husband. Do you realize what a psychological boost that is so my ego? I feel like a girl...tee hee....Wink

My metrics are below:

Loss since first weigh-in on this forum at 266. - #26 (4# til I hit my 2nd 15)
Loss since joining AF at 285. - #45
Loss since beginning 295. - #55

Congrats Juliana! That was one of the big motivators for me when I first started to lose weight as well; I hated dwarfing all the guys in my life! Rolling Eyes But, those days are behind us now. Wink
I'll join the early weigh in as well, because I got good news today too and was eager to share it tomorrow anyways: my weight for the week is 183 lbs, a loss for the challenge so far of 27 lbs! I think it's because I've been so stressed the last couple weeks trying to get ready for finals and flying home, but, it's still nice to see! Happy And, I'll be back home in the US in two days, so even more good news! ^_^

I would like to join this journey so I can get back down to the size I was in the Army or close to the size. Im tired of being the big guy, I have the motivation but its always nice to have some help along the way. Right now im 345 and I would like to get down to 300 within the next 2 or 3 mos then work my way down to 250 then down to 200. A little bit at a time. I can do it and thats the reason im joining the gym. Suggestions on workouts and some diet ideas would be very helpful. Im looking forward to moving forward and getting to be in the best shape of my life.
