I am already bench pressing 339+, close to N.A.S.A. US, North American and World record...just a little more effort. Then I start the diet process for the BB Contest...that is the challenge. I need to lose about 1.5 pounds a week for 12 weeks to get to the 164 level. At the same time, keep my strength up so I can continue to lift the heavy weights. There will be another Pwr Lifting contest in early June...want to set the squat record then.
