Click on your name. Where your picture is, there should be a small pencil in the lower right corner. Click on that. It will then allow you to browse the pics you have on your 'puter or phone and upload one.

That being said, there is no way for you to crop the pic, so be sure you are in the center of your pic.

Clicked on my name. No small pencil, no indication of where the picture should be. I'm using a Mac Pro with MacOS 10.6.8. Any advice? (BTW, I also tried accessing the site with Windows XP running under Parallels on my Mac, and I still can't see a pencil or where the picture should be.)

There's a small chance that the website isn't fully compatible with every browser. I use Chrome and I see the pencil in the picture. Another option would be to temporarily bite the bullet and use Internet Explorer which should work perfectly since majority of this website is built on Silverlight. IE sucks, but the one thing it has going for it is that 99% of everyone on the internet will work on it.

Can someone from Member Services please assist me in figuring out how to upload a Profile picture. I've tried different browsers, different OS and different computer, but I still don't see the pencil or the box for my picture. I'm willing to get new browser, try different OS, or anything that would help. It might help if we could talk on the phone, but I'll try whatever you say.

If you go to your account, there should be a pencil in the right bottom corner where your picture should be. Then you would click on that. If you still don't see the pencil, send an e-mail to support@anytimehealth.com and they will be happy to help you. Good Luck!!!
