My last 3 visits of this month haven't shown up yet. The gym has record of them but this website doesn't.

Give it a week and see if it shows up. Your club may not have done their weekly uploads yet.

I called the gym I go to, and they have all the visits showing up there, but for some reason it's not showing up on your website and they told me to email you.

I just started on the website. Where will I find my number of visits? I realize it may not be updated yet, just not sure where to look when it is.

Click on your name at the top, then scroll down and click on my account. Then click on the tab that says my anytime fitness and you should see your visits listed to the right.

I've had my account since July 2011 and my visits have never shown up. i dunno

E-mail support@anytimehealth.com and they will try to help you figure out why it is not showing up.
