The just opened a new Anytime Fitness two minutes from my house so I joined on Tuesday with my daughter. We went on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to work out. We took a day off yesterday and will be going back tonight.
My daughter will be graduating this year on my birthday and I want to look good and I want to be healthy to enjoy her graduation from college when that happens. I have been doing good so far with the workout. I actually missed going yesterday but knew I needed to give my body and muscles a day to recover.
I am hoping that between here and my daughter and friends on facebook that I will stick with the routine and be able to look good for our big day.

As you lose weight or tone up, flaunt it. At least to yourself. There is nothing wrong with prancing in front of the mirror chanting "I'm so hot"
Also, if someone takes a picture of you that is especially flattering, keep it around. When you lose motivation or just don't feel like working out, look at the pics. Sometimes a reminder is all it takes to get you going.
