I'm not the most motivated person when it comes to going to the gym or eating right, so my little victory this week was finally going to an "Abs and Glutes" class last night! My legs are unbelievably sore today, but I'm glad for this step in the right direction.

On another note, this thread is super inspiring. Happy

i have two huge milestones of victories to report today. first of all i started smoking when i was 11 and i am 33 now and i can say that today i am 100% ciggarette free. the second thing is i went to the doctors this morning and told me to stop taking my medicine that i have for diabetes. and he then proceded to tell me that it no longer exists in me. i can finally eat what i want now and not watch so hard about the carbs. and i can really start training the way i want. and yes i am still going to my doctor once a month to make sure the diabetes is gone. and he knows my training schedule and approves of it, i mean my new training schedule. see i havent been pushing myself as much because i was afraid of my sugar dropping to low. not today.

^^^^ I was going to post something about lost 70 lbs., my goal of running an mini-marathon before my birthday last year and winning 8th place in a city-wide race, but that seems to overshadow my accomplishments. That's awesome!

Today's little victory is brought to you by hydration and rockin' arms.

That's right, friends. I had water today, instead of my afternoon Diet Coke. I've also done 30 push-ups so far today, and the day's not over, folks!

What did you do today?

I also did not have a diet coke, but then I quit drinking soda about 6 yrs agoGrin 2 hr leg workout after physica; therapy for my knee. That makes 7 hrs in the gym in the past 3 days, going to kill myself quickly at this pace.Angel
