how do i upload my workout info from my usb?

I used my usb yesterday to keep track of my calories burned and now I cant figure out how to upload what I've burned. Please help!! =)

i am not sure on how to do that. Maybe ask your local gym person in charge during office hours they might know how to do that...Good luck with your goals. post once you find out
