When i started 8/5 it was 233, 8/11 it went up to 943, 8/24 it went up to 982 and on 9/2 it is now 1021. I do not make any edits to my activity level or anything else the day i notice it has gone up. the only thing that i have really changed has been my weight...down about 10 pounds.
If you consistently hit your green goal, it is designed to raise it. The idea is that is starts you slow and then gradually raises your activity level to get you more and more active. Once it gets to a point that is more difficult for you to reach, it will level off.
Exactly right, so congratulations on getting that goal up!!
