when is your favourite time to work out?

I personally like to work out at night after work, or early in the morning on weekends. How about you?

Around lunch time. It's always the slow time in the gym and for me, I sometimes get the whole gym to myself.

When my schedule allows. During the week I workout right after work. On the weekends, I try to get there by mid-morning. I've had the gym to myself on some Sundays here and there. It's nice and quiet! Happy

8 or 9 at night usually. I'm trying to make it earlier though so it doesn't interfere with my sleep so much. I get a full night most of the time, but I'd like to start waking up earlier.... I honestly can't believe I just said that but it's true.

If I'm doing a long run on Saturday, it's usually as soon as I wake up so I can get it out of the way for the day, and then I have a lunch that would make a king jealous.

My fav time is before work but that mean 4am so I can't do that every morning but when I can it helps my day go so much better and I can handle the stresses of the job so much better. Other wise it is after work and at time things get in the way. On days off it is right after I drop the kids off at school.

I like early morning. On days I work that means 5 a.m. but on the days I dont work I like to get there around 6 or 7

i usually go around 11am but i also like to go after i get out of work which is around 1am

4:00 am, M-F, at my local ATF.

There are four or five of us that work out between 4-5; we all know what each other drive, where we park, and we pretty much greet each other and stay out of each other's way. But, we all encourage each other; and it's awesome!

And what a way to start your day!!

Cardio in the morning and lifting in the evening..
I have learned the hard way that I do not function well trying to lift weights in the morning... the energy and alertness just is not thereHappy

Any time I can get someone to watch my kids for meHappy

That being said, I really prefer early morning- it gives me a boost of energy for the rest of the day, and I know it's done so I won't have to worry about something coming up that would interfere with getting to the gym later.
