Is it bad to eat under 1200 cals a day? Will it prevent weight loss, maybe lead to weight gain? Ive heard many thing on calorie intake but I'm still alittle unsure:(
Have you set your goals? That will tell you what calories you should be consuming. Depending on your size, age, weight loss goals, etc., 1200 may well be too low-- and it could cause you not to lose consistently or even gain weight.
Did you say in the past you are recovering from an eating disorder? If so, you need to be even more careful about your diet and calorie restriction-- it might be best to be evaluated by a dietician or nutritionist. I would also perhaps meet back with your therapist just to be sure your toolbox is full of excellent aides!
