Hi Jimmy,

You won’t specifically see Insanity listed in the activity tracker as its program & concept (although it’s been used in some form or another for years) is a proprietary term but if you had to match it up with an option in the tracker, I would suggest circuit training, including some aerobic movements with minimal rest.

Adding Insanity & P90-like templates to the tracker would be a good idea for the future…..

Jimmy- if you are looking to track as accurately as possible- you might want to look into getting a heart rate monitor. I had NO CLUE how much I was burning when doing circuit training, I was guessing about 400 cal. per hour. I wanted to be precise with my tracking so I got a polar heart rate monitor (cost was not bad) and was shocked to find out I was burning about 650 an hour when doing circuit training. I still use my monitor for just about every workout- as now I am in "maintenance" mode and it is still useful for me for watching my heart rate during HIIT, timing rests, and monitoring my calorie burn.
