when i started this I would describe myself as sedentary but now I am on the treadmill in the AM and in the Gym at night...and have been achieving a caloric deficit .......set by this site(i love by the way)

I am dropping the lbs and feel great. I am never starving....

But if i slide the activity bar up to where I would actually be at... I would have a ton more calories to consume and would still be losing weight....according to this site.

please advise.....do I need to eat more?

I would not consider myself an expert with this site because I am relatively new. However, the recommendations they make are based on your goals and how the rate you want to achieve those goals. If you raise your calorie intake, it's only logical that the rate of weight loss will decline. I would say that if you are meeting your body's needs nutritionally, your muscles are recovering quickly, and your appetite is satisfied, then there would be no reason to change. If your body is slow to recover though, you may want to supplement with a bit of protein. Don't forget though, protein is never a replacement for a well balanced meal!

If you have been doing this for a while and have feel that you can comfortably slow your rate of progress towards your goal or are now at the point of maintaining, then by all means raise your caloric intake but watch it closely.

I am no expert as well, but I have mine set up the same as yours. I set my daily level at sedentary/low-active range. I do this because my job through out the day is a desk job, I walk around a bit, but I do ALOT of sitting. However, I account for my gym calorie burn when I put it into the activity tracker. Therefore if I dont go to the gym one day, the diet tracker accounts for that by not subtracting any exta calories. Clear as mud??
Also if I am a bit low on the daily acitivty level then it is ok, I would rather underestimate a little than over estimate a little. If you feel you still have energy, then that would be another way to judge it.
