I know it is all about diet and watching calorie intake and whole body exercise but I have some stubborn belly fat. When everybody seems to be complaining about their lower belly fat, I have the opposite problem. I have no complaints about my lower stomach, my belly fat sits above my belly button and won't go away. Does anybody else have this issue? And suggestions and different exercises for this problem area.
Sorry, that too is only impacted by watching your calories, eating whole grains, fruits, lean proteins, healthy fats, consistent exercise and patience.
It doesn't really matter where it is, belly fat seems to be the hardest to lose because your body wants to hold onto it.
To lose belly fat, you need to reduce your body fat percentage. Unfortunately there is no such thing as spot reduction of body fat. Body fat stores are used up evenly all over the body when the demand requires them to be used. Diet is going to be the main key, along with regular levels of cardio and strength training. It will take time. Be sure to record everything in the diet tracker. As far as exercise, you may want to try a high intensity interval training routine to give you that extra push. Good Luck!!!
