this is a question about my food tracker for the day. On the daily nutritional info on the left hand side where the total intake of protein, carbs, fat, etc. are. My sugar intake total is in red, why is that? Does that mean I am eating to much sugar?

Red does mean that the sugar level is a little high. It is easy to go over on sugar. When having sugar you want to aim towards sugar in its natural state ( like fruit). You want to stay away from refined sugars (processed). The site doesn't have a way to separate the good and bad sugars. The key is to consume most of your sugar in its natural form and stay away from the prepackaged foods that tend to have a lot of added sugar.

Yes. It's color coded to mean you went over.

Black means good.
Yellow means threshold.
Red means over.
