I think the best time to workout when it is hot outside is inside at an Anytime Fitness!
It's always the same season in here!

Good One Amanda! In Texas it is really hot this time of year, so it's nice before 8am and after 8pm. The earlier in the morning though, the better and the later in the evening (right before dark)the best as well. I do prefer the mornings

I think dusk is perfect, since I'm not much of a morning person.
Eat dinner, let it digest for an awhile, and then head out for a run as the sun is going down...

I think that the morning is the best time to do your walking/running. For me if I exercise in the morning, I feel really good all day. It tends to help with your metabolism for the day as well. Another advantage at least here is there is less people out and about in the morning.

I have to agree with Louis, AM is the best part of the day for a run/race. It kick-starts your metabolism, not as many folks to run into (please run in well lit & open areas & adorn some type of reflector; vest, hat, gloves, etc), & I personally believe watching the sun rise is one of the best things in life :-) In addition to that, reduced heat in the summer, although I’m a huge fan of sweating & cleansing, & crisp air in the fall/spring seems to push & motivate me. Winter’s another story, especially in MN. Whichever time you pick, as NIKE says, “just do it”.
