Bio

Cindy has been an Anytime Fitness franchisee since 2005 and owns two clubs. She is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, overseeing the training at both clubs. Clients are taught proper nutrition, proper workout techniques, and how to make lifestyle changes that are maintainable for a lifetime.
