I lost 70 pounds in 5 months back in 2010 and I'm happy to say that a full year later... the weight is over! I haven't gained an ounce of it back. I joined AF to help my maintain my current weight moving forward.

bmorrin I went from 225lbs to 157lbs. Now that I'm down I eat about 2800 calories per day but I train very hard. I also cut sat fat and sugars out of my diet. 9 months ago

-1500 calories/day
-45 min intense cardio (elliptical)every day
