I lost 70 pounds in 5 months back in 2010 and I'm happy to say that a full year later... the weight is over! I haven't gained an ounce of it back. I joined AF to help my maintain my current weight moving forward.

bmorrin ex. sit ups, push ups, rows/military press, squats, upright rows/triceps, curls, lunges/add 3 min jump rope intervals throughout. repeat 3 times!!!

bmorrin endurance weight training-high reps (20-25 per set) with dumbbells. I don not put the weights down. I do ciruits that work opposite muscle groups.

bmorrin I went from 225lbs to 157lbs. Now that I'm down I eat about 2800 calories per day but I train very hard. I also cut sat fat and sugars out of my diet.

bmorrin Hi Rob.. in a nutshell: -1500 calories/day -45 min intense cardio (elliptical)every day -after weight loss - endurance weight training for 45 min/day

rltipva What is your workout routine like? I assume you are eating lots of fish and chicken. It seems like when I turned 40 the rules changed as far a diet

bmorrin Here are the foods I eat the most:chicken breast, lean ground turkey, PB&J (whole grain bread fresh ground PB), Cheerios, FF Milk, Protein bars/shakes

rltipva That sounds about what I eat (minus the cheerios) So what is your workout like? Maybe that is what I need to change up.

bmorrin Whether it's the workout I detailed above or time on the elliptical... I keep my heart rate in the 155-165 range. It's high.. but I'm working hard.
