Do you use the Gruve device?

If so, please read this very important message.
 

Effective Saturday, April 30th, you will no longer be able to sync your Gruve device with the Anytime Health Activity Tracker. This may be disheartening to you, but you can continue to use your Gruve. Please read on for the details.

Sync with Gruve.com

If you like your Gruve device and wish to keep using it, you are encouraged to access your data on Gruve’s website, www.gruve.com. There you will be able to track your calorie expenditure, just as you would on Anytime Health. The process should be quick and easy for you, and the staff at Gruve Technologies will help make this a painless transition.

To sync your device with www.gruve.com, complete the following steps:

  1. Contact Gruve Technologies at customercare@muve.me.
  2. In the subject line of your message, please enter: Anytime Health Gruve User.
  3. In the body of the message, please include:
    • Your name
    • Your Gruve serial number
    • Request to transfer to www.gruve.com
