How can I see a history of the workouts I have tracked?

When you use the Workout Planner and then log that exercise in the Activity Tracker, you can see a history of those workouts.

  • To see a history of your exercise logged from your Workout Planner, click the Workouts tab on the Activity Tracker. The last 30 days are automatically displayed.

  • To get a different view of your workouts, click the Date Range area. When the date picker is displayed, you can set the range for the last week, month, year—or any time in between. The total calories burned during the selected date range is shown to the right of the date picker.

  • Here’s a cool feature. When you see the Running Man next to a workout, it means the workout was automatically entered when you swiped your keyfob at the club on the day of a scheduled workout. See also: How do I schedule, or reschedule, a workout for a specific day of the week?

How do I create a workout?

  1. After logging in, you will be on your Profile landing page. From there, click the Workout Planner button near the bottom of the page.
  2. Enter a name in the Workout Name/Create new workout field, and then click Create Workout.
  3. To build the To Do List, select the body area you want to exercise.
  4. To move a suggested exercise to your To Do List, click Add to Workout. Adjust the default settings with the up or down arrows.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to continue to build your To Do List.
  6. When finished, click Email Now, Print Workout, or Email to me before I workout (for this option, select a corresponding day of the week from the Schedule drop-down list).

How do I schedule, or reschedule, a workout for a specific day of the week?

  1. After logging in, you will be on your Profile landing page. From there, click the Workout Planner button near the bottom of the page.
  2. Under My Workouts, click the workout you wish to schedule or reschedule.
  3. From the Schedule drop-down list, select a day of the week, e.g., Monday Workout. When you go to the club on a scheduled workout day, and scan your keyfob, your exercises will be automatically added to your Activity Tracker.
  4. To have a copy of your workout sent to you via email, click Email to me before I workout. The workout will be emailed to you very early in the morning on the day or your scheduled workout.

How do I delete a workout?

  1. After logging in, you will be on your Profile landing page. From there, click the Workout Planner button near the bottom of the page.
  2. Under My Workouts, the workout you wish to delete.
  3. In the displayed box, click Delete Workout.
  4. Click OK to confirm.

How do I delete an exercise?

  1. After logging in, you will be on your Profile landing page. From there, click the Workout Planner button near the bottom of the page.
  2. Under My Workouts, click the desired workout.
  3. On your To Do List, click the pencil icon of the exercise you want to delete.
  4. In the displayed box, click Delete Exercise.
  5. Click OK to confirm.

How do I create a custom exercise?

  1. After logging in, you will be on your Profile landing page. From there, click the Workout Planner button near the bottom of the page.
  2. Click Add Exercise.
  3. In the displayed box, enter a Name and then setup your custom exercise using the lists and fields shown.
  4. When finished, click Create Exercise.
  5. Under Select Exercises, the Custom tab will be displayed. Any custom exercise you create will be available here to add to the To Do List of any workout.

Activity Tracker

How do I track workouts from my Workout Planner?

  1. After logging in, you will be on your Profile landing page. From there, click the Activity Tracker button near the bottom of the page.
  2. From the Record a Workout drop-down list, select the desired workout, and then click Record Workout.
  3. The workout will be added to the Completed Activity table. Its listing will include the name, time, and calories burned.
  4. To delete a workout from the table, click the red X next to its name.

How do I track daily exercise and other activities?

  1. After logging in, you will be on your Profile landing page. From there, click the Activity Tracker button near the bottom of the page.
  2. In the Add Other Daily Activities box, use the search filter to move through the list, e.g., type walk. The list automatically scrolls to find a match.
  3. Use the scroll bar to move through the list, and then click your choice to select it.
  4. When the Duration field appears, select the number of minutes you exercised—or plan to exercise, and then click Add.

How does the thermometer on the Activity Tracker work?

The thermometer on the Activity Tracker allows you to see your burn goal for the day—and also your progress toward meeting that goal.

  • Your Burn Goal is indicated by the gold line on the thermometer. This information comes from your Daily Plan settings on your Goals page. The number of calories the gold line represents is shown to the right of the date picker along the top of the page.

  • Your Calories Burned will be reflected in the thermometer as you record your workouts and activities. As you move toward your burn goal, the thermometer will change from red, to orange, to yellow, to blue, to green. When you surpass your burn goal, the thermometer will be green. The number of calories burned is shown to the right of the date picker along the top of the page.

How can I see a history of the calories I have burned over time?

Using the Activity Tracker each day will build a History that allows you to see certain trends.

  • To see a graph of calories burned, click the History tab on the Activity Tracker page. The displayed chart shows the total calories burned for the selected date range. The default range is the previous 30 days.

  • To see calories burned for a different set of days, click the Date Range area. When the date picker is displayed, you can set the range for the last week, month, year—or any time in between.
