TRX Works For Everybody
Make your body your machine
Humans have spent the past few decades sitting on weight machines and training isolated muscle groups. The body is an interconnected chain of muscles that need to be challenged in every plane of motion. Unplug from the machines and train your body in 3D. The versatility of TRX Suspension Training® bodyweight exercise and Rip™ Training variable resistance exercise means that you can pick from hundreds of functional exercises that build strength, endurance, core stability and mobility.

Lately, there has been quite a stir surrounding the issues of artificial additives and food processing. And, just like every other issue pertaining to nutrition, there is a battlefield of conflicting information coming at us from every direction, like lasers from an alien aircraft. But before you put on your armor and settle in for a round of dietary Space Invaders, read this blog instead!
Let's be honest...there will ALWAYS be a reason why you can skip the gym, bail on that jog, or reach for that fistful of fatty food rather than the healthier option we know is better for us. These are the very reasons that most of us fight not on a weekly basis... nor daily... Nor hourly! I'm talking a MINUTELY basis. That's how often a majority of people are thinking about all the excuses not to take care of themselves and be active.
I find the month of February being a tad on the bittersweet side. On one hand, the crowds are starting to die down and I no longer feel like Moses parting the red sea to get to a machine. On the other hand, that means after 30 short days, the majority of inspired lifestyle changers gave up before they really gave themselves a chance. If you are one of those people who has pretty much thrown in the towel, I want to tell you it's not too late.
The show, “The Walking Dead” has become my new obsession. Every Sunday, I escape into a world where an epidemic has infiltrated the globe causing the dead to rise and feed on the living. I sometimes wonder, how would I survive a world where zombies roam the earth? For one, I’d have to be in excellent physical shape!

Together with your teammates, you will look fear in the eye, and help push one another over the finish line to earn that coveted orange headband!
Most people understand the basics of gym etiquette, like bringing a pair of clean gym shoes, wiping off the equipment when done, and not taking away from the quality of another's workout by using multiple pieces of gym equipment at peak times. Sometimes those rules are broken, and usually people are quick to recognize when an obvious gym etiquette has been broken. However, there is an unspoken set of workout etiquette, rarely mentioned, and these violations are good examples of what not to do in the gym.
Weight loss is the top resolution year in year out. Yet, 68% of our country is still overweight or obese. The weight loss industry is a $20 billion industry and over 100 million people dieting in the US at any given moment. So, with all of these diet solutions, why are so many people still overweight?
We all lead busy lives. Instead of making your life even more complicated, why not set a New Year’s Resolution that’s dead-simple? That’s the idea behind the #MoveYear2013 31-Day Challenge.
