Many of us are familiar with various alcohol consumption games from our college days. In fact, at last year's Oscars, the ladies from the film Bridesmaids enjoyed their own drinking game to the tune of Martin Scorsese. This, however, will not be one of those games. The goal of this game is to get you in shape when you could be otherwise sitting on your behind.

I find it helps when doing a partner workout to focus on making things as tough as possible for the person in front of you which lets you get done what you need to do. Let's do this!
I find the month of February being a tad on the bittersweet side. On one hand, the crowds are starting to die down and I no longer feel like Moses parting the red sea to get to a machine. On the other hand, that means after 30 short days, the majority of inspired lifestyle changers gave up before they really gave themselves a chance. If you are one of those people who has pretty much thrown in the towel, I want to tell you it's not too late.
For my boyfriend and I, fitness is a way of life. We enjoy spending time together "actively." On top of being each others workout accountably partners, we love spending time outdoors canoeing, hiking, and snowshoeing.
