It's impossible to resist my love for dragons, action-packed battles, and the crazy power trips! But instead of sitting for an hour, I created a workout game that I do while the show is playing. We are all busy people, but are we really too busy to workout for 30 minutes a day? Did you know that the CDC recommends that adults do at least 150 minutes of exercise per week, which equals 30 minutes of exercise per day for 5 days a week? 30 minutes is barely 3% of a single day (1,440 minutes). I believe you can spend 3% of your time each day being active!
