Every Sunday night, I plop down on the couch for an hour straight to watch my favorite show, Game of Thrones. It's impossible to resist my love for dragons, action-packed battles, and the crazy power trips! But instead of sitting for an hour, I created a workout game that I do while the show is playing. It allows me to get in a good workout while watching.
Many of us want our workouts to be like the meals we cook—fast, fun, convenient, and good for us. Luckily, workouts are similar to recipes. We can add, subtract, or adjust them to fit our needs. Whether you have a busy schedule or you are just a morning person, this workout will start your day off right!
Got 20 minutes and a pair of gym shoes? Perfect! This workout is designed so that you can get in a high calorie-burn, full-body workout in just 20 minutes, leaving yourself just enough time to chow your lunch! The great thing about this circuit is that no equipment is needed, just some motivation and hard work.
We are all busy people, but are we really too busy to workout for 30 minutes a day? Did you know that the CDC recommends that adults do at least 150 minutes of exercise per week, which equals 30 minutes of exercise per day for 5 days a week? 30 minutes is barely 3% of a single day (1,440 minutes). I believe you can spend 3% of your time each day being active!

This is a new year and that means there will be a lot of new faces in January, and Anytime's will be filled with future success stories wandering the gym looking for guidance. Let's get right into it!
Let's face it, today we live in a world where every second counts and efficiency is king. "That's good, but how can I do that FASTER?" is often times the mindset we have with our busy lives. Rather than unlocking the secret of the right combo of moves, I decided I’d give you my “rules of thumb” in regards to burning the most calories while getting the best workout. Are you ready?
