Despite a freakish May snowfall here at Anytime HQ, summer has pretty much arrived for most of us in North America. It’s the time of year when everyone wants to be outside biking, hiking, running, golfing, swimming, gardening, grilling, or whatever your chosen activity may be.
It’s all-too-easy to skip the gym on days like these. But we’re here to set you straight. Turns out that now might just be the very best time to get in the gym. Self-serving? Most assuredly. But that doesn’t make it any less true! Allow us to explain.
As the temperature rises, so should your workout intensity! This month's workout calendar has been designed to "take it up a notch." Luckily, we've created a mini-dictionary for fitness buzzwords like these that'll have you talking the talk the next time you're in the gym.
We make New Year's Resolutions with only the best of intentions. And most of us fall off the wagon. We get it, we've all been there. But it's a new month. Time to lift your chin and get back to the gym! This calendar will help you do just that!
