I get a “physical” once a year. Last year, I got nothing but great news ... except for one pesky little
number: my LDL cholesterol (the bad stuff) was 165. According to the Mayo Clinic, that’s a good
40-50 points too high. Plus, I do have some heart disease in my family, so the number couldn’t be
ignored.
