
As spring approaches, the weather becomes more and more unpredictable. One day there’s snow and the next there’s rain. Nice weather for outdoor running or cycling almost becomes impossible.
You can’t always rely on the weatherman either because you never know if it’s going to rain until it’s actually raining. One of my favorite types of at home workouts to do on a rainy spring day is a circuit workout. Circuit workouts are quick and challenging. I like to mix strength training, endurance, and a little bit of cardio to keep it interesting.
