Who else wants a better workout playlist?

Let this workout playlist take your exercise routine to the next level. The music will motivate you!

Studies have proven that music's health benefits are vast and great! It’s no wonder why some of us need music to workout. At least I do. Some watch TV, talk with a workout buddy, or just power through. Me? No way. I turn up the tunes on my iPod and listen to the fast, sometimes angry music and allow that to power my workout. Here is a current playlist I am jamming to when I am on the elliptical.

Listening to music during exercise can improve results, both in terms of being a motivator (people exercise longer and more vigorously to music) and as a distraction from negatives like fatigue. Source: New York Times

What is that 'BPM'?
BPMs, as you’ll see them listed in any playlist, refer strictly to the tempo of the music. While there’s obviously a correlation between faster music, faster exercise, and a faster heartrate–there’s no reason to think these counts give an indication of how fast your heart should be beating. So, What’s on your workout playlist? What songs should I add?

My absolute favorite running music right now is Girl Talk's "All Day" album.
He does mash ups of a bunch of songs that all have good beats that keep me going.

You can download them for free from his website: http://illegal-art.net/allday/

And here's a break down of the songs he mashes: http://mashupbreakdown.com/

Note: some obscene language, but not a ton.

This music make such a difference in my runsHappy

I LOVE music with my workouts! Especially core workouts! It gets me moving, and yes, they don't even know all the health benefits of exercise and listening to music!

Music is essential to my workouts. If you can find some good songs that you can lose yourself in and keep up with then an hour of cardio can seem like minutes. I love listening to Hard Rock/Heavy Metal while lifting weights. Songs that have a heavy, powerful beat really help keep me pushing. Just like dancing, if you let the music move you, it can be a very powerful motivational tool!

For a strong dose of audio coffee I use the entire Blutzoll (Deluxe) double cd by Funker Vogt. It is relentless from start to finish.

A model's write-up is definitely frustrating, the subject is absolutely effectively blended thoroughly. Lots of individuals look with graphology exactly like every other practice yet it’s quite crucial paintings little.
