How Do I Control Sugar Cravings?
Keep your cravings in check with these:
- Go cold turkey. Remove simple sugars completely.
- Try an activity. Take a walk away from the kitchen
- Gum!
- Eat regularly.
- Protein to keep you full.
- Fiber rich veggies
- Give in a little. Once a week have a treat.
