Energy Drinks: Good, Bad or Indifferent



Energy drinks are…

  • Loaded with sugar/ artificial sweeteners.
  • Ridiculous amounts of B vitamins.
  • Various stimulants.
  • A few goodies you probably never heard of.

Like everything, they are okay in moderation, but don’t rely on them to get you through your day. I recommend you find a healthier alternative.
