Energy Drinks: Good, Bad or Indifferent
Energy drinks are…
- Loaded with sugar/ artificial sweeteners.
- Ridiculous amounts of B vitamins.
- Various stimulants.
- A few goodies you probably never heard of.
Like everything, they are okay in moderation, but don’t rely on them to get you through your day. I recommend you find a healthier alternative.
