It's time to get that body in shape for beach season. This month, we challenge you to do one plank, every day. Start off holding it for as long as you can, and gradually increase the duration. The world record holder is an Anytime Fitness member, see if you can beat her 37 minute plank! At the end of the month, you will have a strong core, and maybe some sick abs to show off! #sweet

Meatless Mondays
Eliminating the fats in meat just that one day can result in a reduced risk for cancers, heart disease and Type 2 diabetes, researchers and advocates say. And while, we are all for meat here, we think that trying meatless mondays for 4 days out of the entire month, couldn't kill you!
