Life hasn't always been so easy for these two families. The Schleede Family as well as Misty Aubin and Renee Semonick, will transform their daily activities to adapt a healthy lifestyle.

With Sara Jespersen, a certified personal trainer and Anytime Fitness club owner, as their mission leader, watch as these two families work their way out of a life of bad habits, into a healthy family that thrives on good eating and being active.
