We know that eating junk food is bad for our diets, but many times we just ignore this fact on Super Bowl Sunday. It’s our one day to dig in and eat all the snacks we want. Well if you workout and eat smart let Superbowl Sunday be your cheat day. In other words, if during the week you have been eating healthy let the Sunday be a day where your reward day because you deserve. On the other hand if you have not been eating healthy and plan on eating chips, wings and everything else then know that you have your work cut out for you the next week.
They are saying that Super Bowl Sunday is the second biggest "eating" day of the year after Thanksgiving!! Interestingly enough, sales of 2 healthy foods, avocados and carrots, also boom for Super Bowl. So a lot of us are choosing healthy things too! Here's my "tweet" on that subject from yesterday:
