Hey there! I am Amanda Hearn. I am the newest blogger to join the Anytime Health blogger team! I am very excited about this opportunity! I write The Eco-Friendly Family and am a founder of Kaia Magazine, a modern living magazine with a sustainable twist.

While my blog name implies that one must have a 'family' for the reading to be relevant, family can really mean so many things. Family is relatives, friends, or strangers - and connecting. Living and loving one another for the amazing people we are, as individuals. That is family! I hope that you all become a part of mine.

I know that life isn't always easy, but when we make choices that are good for our bodies and our souls, we can find an amazing happiness, pride, and sense of wellbeing - despite our life's drama.

On my blog and here, on Anytime Health, you will find me sharing my unique perspective on everything from composting to cloth diapers (oh yeah!) to healthy foods to safe products. I started my journey to healthier living blissfully unaware of the danger I was doing to my body each and every day.

We all have to start somewhere, and it just takes a little re-learning. I can promise you that the benefits far outweigh any work involved! I look forward to sharing my favorite tips and stories with you, getting to know you, and learning how I can help impact your life.
