Meet Vince Del Monte—the fitness guru who has been coined "The Skinny Guy Savior." He earned this name by dedicating his life to transforming the lives of skinny guys and girls, helping them become healthier, fitter, and more confident in their bodies. In the end, his students transform themselves to "live, look, and know better!” Vince has transformed thousands of lives with a perfect mix of encouragement, humor, inspiration, and fun with his popular best selling “No-Nonsense Muscle Building” system.

As a teenager, Vince was 140-150 pounds at 6 feet tall and became known as “Skinny Vinny.” The nickname didn’t die—it stuck with him all through college. He tried everything to gain weight any way he could, never getting past 149 lbs. He went through battles to gain weight like no other. As a former competitive long distance runner, Vince used running to survive the embarrassment and insecurity he suffered from being too skinny. He formed an identity for himself as one of those lean, mean, running machines.

Vince studied kinesiology and received an Honors Kinesiology degree from the University of Western Ontario. After college, he found a mentor that instructed him “to burn all of his fitness magazines and stop wasting money on supplements to gain weight” and Vince’s life started to change.

Now, he helps thousands of individuals with “muscle unfriendly genetics” make a plan to create new habits and commit to them. He helps with motivation, confidence, and teaches the basis for training smarter not harder. Individuals see muscles within two weeks, not two months! They eat better and have a more balance life. And, in the end, each individual becomes a better person while reaching their goals.

Vince is the Author of No-Nonsense Muscle Building: Skinny Guy Secrets To Insane Muscle Gain. The book has sold more than 80,000 copies in more than 120 different countries. He is also a WBFF Professional Fitness Model.

Vince continues to compete in the fitness-modeling world and has won the Canadian Fitness Model Championships. In June 2008, he competed again and placed 3rd at the World Fitness Model Championships. He enjoys the natural bodybuilding and fitness lifestyle, and continues to practice what he preaches.

I love his advice! Seriously, after losing weight myself, I know that it will take a lot longer than 4 weeks to look the way you want. But in the end it's worth every single minute of workouts and meal planning. Awesome podcast!

Vince is the man! I am an active Anytime Fitness Member, Anytime Health user and Vince DelMonte enthusiast as well. He has an incredible way of getting things across and not misleading you. Right now I am in the middle of prepping myself for No Non-Sense Muscle Building. I am an ex swimmer and am trying to get rid of the skinny body. I'm giving all my attention to Vince and only Vince to be the person I follow for this transformation I am doing. I'm still open to information Vince's program is my main focus. Follow Vince as much as you can, he's very positive and has a NO BS way of communicating. Follow his blog, follow his video shows on youtube. The great advice does not stop flowing from this guy!!

Vince Del Monte is the real deal. Following much of his advice on nutrition and training with weights, I have added over 20 lbs. of pure lean muscle mass.

I like the gem about "sparking" the muscles for growth with higher intensity, whether it be less time between sets, more reps, heavier weight, hitting muscle groups from different angles or what have you.

This guy not only walks the visible results you can see to back up his expertise, but also has many success stories from his students, who following his coaching have achieved their own transformations.

Keep the great content rolling Anytime, it helps!
