We’ve got over 100 high-definition exercise videos for your viewing pleasure, as well as a workout planner and activity tracker. And if you have some free time, feel free to read a few of our fitness articles too. We’ll also be adding virtual fitness coaching in the very near future.

Nutrition - Stay up-to-date with the latest information from the world of nutrition. You can also practice using some of that newfound knowledge by following 1 of 11 different meal plan templates, or if you have your own plan, incorporate some of our healthy and delicious recipes provided by Eating Well. You can even track and analyze your diet using the Calorie King database, or if you need more personalized attention, look for our virtual nutrition coaching services coming soon.

Library - This is where we house our articles, news, fact sheets, and health and wellness calculators. You have a wealth of information at your fingertips, so take full advantage. Plus, all of our content is tagged, so you’ll have no problem finding exactly what you’re looking for.

Community - The community section is one of the hallmarks of the site. It contains member success stories, blogs, contests, goal groups, and a search function so that members can easily locate their friends. Are you considering any products that don't contain the "fake" sugars. I do not use nor will I recommend anything that contains them.

Since your personal trainers do not give nutritional advise it would be nice to have a section where you can have a menu planned out as to what you should eat by your weight and height, activity level etc. Exercise is vital but diet is too and it would be beneficial to a lot of us to get that information all on one site. There are free sites out there that you can use, but if this is a perk of the membership it would be to your advantage to provide it on your site. Love the club though!! Thanks for thinking of your members, a lot of clubs don't.

Nice site. The Diet Tracker/Activity Tracker is a great concept. I have been working out for a year but fail to watch what I eat. Today it startled me to look at all the little things that add up and to not pig out and furthermore balance the activity tracker with the diet tracker. Well I was met my calorie goal today of 1400 .. not easy. but now I have and idea of what I must do diet wise and activity wise to lose 2 lbs a week.

I just joined the club in Red Lion 2 weeks ago and am very happy with the facility. The staff are very nice and easy to talk to. The club has all of the equipment necessary to get in a well-rounded workout without being too big. Although I am all business when it comes to my workout, I try to say Hi to other members in passing and all have been very receptive. Overall, it is a great atmosphere in there.

I love the concept of this site, and used a website very similar to this one when I lost 65lbs a couple of years ago. Though that one was not nearly as fitness oriented. Tracking my calories is a big part of losing weight for me as the total goal for the day tends to sneak up on me sooner than I think! So the workout/diet trackers are a desperatly needed tool for me to lose the 15 pounds I managed to gain back from being lazy about my food intake and workout sessions. Glad to be on this site, and even more glad I joined Anytime in the first place!

I'm not sure if I'm using this correctly, but I just want to blog on how I'm doing/feeling. If there is a better spot for this, I hope someone will fill me in. I just started over yesterday after taking a 5 month hiatus. It's funny how your body knows exactly what to do when you step on that treadmill. And, how much your body hates you the next day. I've put on another 20 pounds since June. My body feels yucky, and that makes me unhappy. Every month, every week, every day I have tried to start over, but I continue to put others ahead of myself. This time I'm going to put myself first. It may hurt people at first, but I need to do this for myself, before I become someone I don't even recognize.

My % body fat is really what I am tracking and keeping goals for. I don't really know what my weight will be when I hit my goal % body fat, so that stat is kind of a shot in the dark.....

I like the design of the site, and the overall purpose. It seems like it could be a great tool, however- I am eating 5 meals per day, and would love to be able to track my meals this way instead of "Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner-Snack"... Since I am following the nutrition guidelines of my trainer, it would be easier for me to just list it this way on the site. Also- is there a way to find other members of my local club on the website?

Does anyone know how to modify / edit a food that has been entered on the diet tracker? I can't seem to figure out how to remove or change once it's been added. Also, has anyone figured out how to add a food when the fat grams are .5? The system errors out and says it has to be between 0 and 500 and won't accept a fractional quantity.

That means you were signed up to the site incorrectly. If you can't access the interactive tools, you're entered as a "free" member as opposed to an Anytime Fitness member. "Free" is for those that surf the internet, and then decide to join the site...with limited access (meaning they aren't members of an Anytime Fitness facility).

Please send any issues you're having to support@anytimehealth.com, and include your first name, last name, and key fob number. We'll get you set-up properly!!

This is an amazing website and I have loved using it. I am learning so much about nutrition and I am able to keep track of how many calories I get without too much work! I love being able to set up my workouts and then have them show up on my profile when I have used my key card at Anytime Fitness. I am a new member too, and it seems the website still has some issues, but still helpful. I found that I could not delete a planned workout once entered, so I will just have to keep coming up with new names for my workouts until the webmaster catches up to this. Also, as others have said the food and diet section doesn't appear to allow you to enter foods consumed + their calories, etc...

Anytime Health is a pretty good tool. It allows me to do digitally what I've done with paper and pen for years...keep track of my goals, progress, and PR's in the gym. I really like the fact I can link a workout to a certain day and it will add it in when I visit the iron, as I call it, just from entering Anytime. Plus the graphs in a couple months will be good graphical evidence of what I've done. But I think it would be neat if I could post-date things like measurments and weight and the "Goals" tab is a bit spartan. The one thing I really wish I could graph/track on here is goals/measurement entry for body fat %.

@michael kennedy: it just needs microsoft Silverlight which is roughly their equivalent to Flash. It works on the mac, just install it and it will work perfectly.

Speaking of, I'd really like to see this site optimized for iPhone/smartphones. I'd much rather bring my workout plan on my phone and even have the ability to mark things off as I go. Maybe an iPhone app?

Lastly, this site is really well done. I was completely surprised. I kind of assumed it wouldn't be anything I'd use and was just a way to harvest my email address. Whoever designed and coded this deserves some props/a gift.

Oh, not lastly. Lastly this time: when planning your workout it would be a little more obvious that each photo is actually a video if a 'play' icon or other visual came on as a rollover. (Can you tell what I do for a living?)

Way to go guys. Seriously.

Like the idea of the diet tracker. I had created an excell program to track my diet and excerises. This size is great. The whole Silverlight/Flash/Quicktime issue is an interesting topic. 90% of our users (so far anyway) are windows users, which means that they would need to install Quicktime to play the vids. Quicktime on windows (the actual program) is just terrible, it works great on the mac, but the windows version just did not get much love.

In general we wanted to keep the requirement of any plugin to a minimum. Most of this site is plain HTML and Ajax. We decided on Silverlight mainly because of the video features.

Love the site! I have been able to log in my diet info and activity info easily. I have noticed though that although the gyms offer many different classes, you don't have the classes listed in the activity tracker. I have had to go to other sites to figure out how many calories I have burned after a yoga class, boot camp, pilates, etc.
I like that I am able to see my visits to the gym online, although i have noticed that on some days the sign in times are off by an hour. Not a big deal but not sure if it is site specific or a glitch. Looking forward to see how the site evolves.

I guess I would like to some articles on the mental aspect of working out, etc... I went to the gym today, but my mind was elsewhere, and my workout suffered. I stuck it out, but probably only got about 75 to 80% of my normal effectiveness. I would have been better off, to wait an hour or two and go there with a clear, focused mindset.
